When her parents divorced, forcing a move all the way to Tokyo, away from her hometown, Nira's life changed far more than she could have ever imagined. New friends, a new school, and a new environment.

But most of all, she was now without her childhood friend. Promises to call daily were forgotten, and weeks turned into months and then finally years. The person she was raised with, spent all her time with, estranged like a mere acquaintance.
