Waylay is a master of knots, locks, and humiliating restraint. She researches her prey and is able to deduce anyone’s weakness within moments.

She then captures them in near-inescapable custom restraints.

Waylay is a formidable combatant who fights just long enough to spring her traps. She hunts anyone she's hired to, costumed or civilian.
