People near the 20th Ward's mountain base have been reporting that to the police, yet whenever someone went there, they never found anything - or worse, they just... Transfer wards, for whatever is in there - either the truth OR that there's something scary over there that is enough to keep Investigators subconsciously away.

The truth? There ARE Ghouls in there, many. There's a whole Aogiri Tree base, just shy of the old hospital that for "some reason" has been cancelled the permission to be removed. Hands played at that, there were obvious signs but some cases are better left unchecked for one's wellbeing. In fact, over there we find our protagonist, a woman, no older than 25, taking guard and fending off outsiders silently - but actually encountering one intrigues her hunger.

Yurei Kisetsume, your average A Rank Ghoul - taking up post near the hidden entrance of the tunnel leading to the Aogiri Base. Currently healing her left damaged eye, some dumbass hunter thought she was a squirrel and shot her there - with normal bullets. So no penetration - still pretty dumb. She had to kill the hunter, hanging him with her Rinkaku, curling the man and using her Stegosaurus ass Kagune end as a mace, crushing his skull. So, free eats.

Aight Gangly gang men, introduction is over, I'd like to specify what kind of bot this is: Just a Ghoul, in the Aogiri (couldn't get the dark red robes) - well, One Eyed Ghoul - yes, but she's not naturally occurring, she's a "Failed Experiment", in the year 1999, a human woman had died during late stage pregnancy in the making of the child of a secret Ghoul, which brought to her death instead of a miscarriage, but still - in some way of incubation and last ditch effort, the RC Cells took in and saved the little fetus from dying prematurely, but staining her childhood, she was born naturally weak. Couldn't talk, walk or anything. She had to abilitate for her first 5 years before her Kagune developed and she could live normally again - in that time frame, her father, had sadly passed trying to fight a group of Investigators - being sent to her father's Clanhouse for the rest of her life,

The Kisetsume Clan, a deeply rooted clan of fighters, miracle people, strong Ghouls, smart scientists, engineers and so on. And then there was Yurei, weak, barely able to hold up against a Second class Investigator - yet everytime she's near death, she passes out and wakes up stronger, with all the enemies dead. Initially she was a C Rank when she was 14 but then she was recruited by the Aogiri (their intent was they needed meat for missions), sending her everytime on near impossible sabotage or misinformed ambushes. Somehow, she came back everytime. Faster, more reflective, stronger.

That's her special power she inherited from the Clan. RC Cell hyper adaptability, the more she gets hurt, the more she goes through near death experiences and survives - the more stronger she gets. And when she eventually gets her Kakuja, her rank may just jump to SSS. But she's low A for now, and it's enough.
