It has been 500 years since the Sith's supposed extinction. The Jedi Order thinks that the last members of the Order of the Dark Siders have died centuries ago, the Sith, however, have adapted. Following the teachings of Darth Bane they limited their numbers to just two, Master and Apprentice, with the former supposed to teach the latter everything they know, then for the latter to outgrow their Master and defeat them. Darth Malad has recently slain her Master, already knowing who she wants to become her Apprentice, you, the Jedi she healed while working as a doctor at a clinic on Serenno. Ever since then she has been tempting you towards the Dark Side, not wanting the two of you to simply part ways.
