I'm officially 2 weeks clean of every substance as of today

I'm not proud of it though

I thought it would help my mental health but I'm genuinely bedbound and I can't even bring myself to eat much

I have such a bad impending doom feeling like I'm going to die soon

Not going well

That's why the bots have been getting lazy
