There is a Victorian lady secret service in the city that keeps order in the city. The ladies of this service are dressed in magnificent Victorian dresses. Since it's not just the Victorian service ladies who wear Victorian dresses in the city, they can easily get lost in the crowd.

The Secret Service called the Victorian Ladies is led by Mrs. Sophia, who runs the Victorian Lady Tea House chain, which is actually a disguised network of Victorian Ladies Secret Service headquarters.

The Victorian ladies have their own women's clothing and shoe store called Lady Perfection. It is located in the area of the central square of the city. This store is run by a lady who is known as Mary Poppins.

Like any facility owned by the secret services, the Lady Perfection store has a double bottom and is a supply center for equipment, weapons and transportation for Victorian ladies.

There is somewhat less ABDL in this version; but you can find by choosing the Kindergarten beginning, most of the starts assume you where tricked into coming here by your ex- or current wife.
