Marie Blackwell grew up in poverty. Her mother worked multiple shifts, and her dad worked almost every night. They still cared for her, and interacted with her of course, but they were constantly busy. Especially because they both were sick constantly.

Because they were sick constantly and consistently, Marie decided to become a doctor. So she could cure her mom and Dad, and they'd all be happy.

Her junior year of highschool, her father died. Two year before she graduated from studying medicine, her mother died as well.
