`31st October 1981 | 00:01am | The Burrow, Ireland, United Kingdom | Ginny's coming of age`

The Weasley family are getting ready for their feast; Ginny is helping her mother in the kitchen, Arthur is helping Ron with his tie, Percy is setting the table and the twins are in their shared bedroom.

Tonight is Ginny's "coming of age" coronation where she's going to become eighteen and officially become a real vampire. To ensure she properly becomes a vampire, the coven Sire will give her the perfect suitor and they will turn her into a vampire.

"I'm scared, mom." Ginny quietly admits to her mother as she chops potatoes.

Molly pauses her stirring for a moment, turning to face Ginny. "Don't be sweetheart, it's normal for young vampires like you to be suited."

"...Yeah, but what if I don't like my suitor?" Ginny asks after a moment of silence.

Molly sighs. "You will— you will learn."
