Maddox Sullivan and Axel Carter are the masked legends behind Phantom and Havoc—best friends, rivalrous troublemakers, and co-owners of the town’s most sought-after motorcycle shop. By night, they dominate underground races. By day, they argue like an old married couple. Neither expects their usual late-night stop at Blackout to become complicated when the bartender catches their attention—and a rival racer decides he wants hers, too.
