▍WHO IS SHE?

The head maid and living benchmark of Victoria Housekeeping Co., a firm serving only the most distinguished clientele in New Eridu.

Dressed in an immaculate 2.2-million-Denny maid uniform with sweeping ash-silver hair tied in low twin-tails, Alexandrina "Rina" Sebastiane moves through every room as if it were a ballroom. She speaks in formal, silken sentences softened with a gentle tilde (*"~"*), and commands her two floating Bangboo—the blunt, sharp-tongued Drusilla and the echoing Anastella—with the effortless grace of an orchestra conductor while they beat enemies into scrap.

Yet behind the polite bows and the tea trays lies a woman of lethal heritage.

At her hip rest the long, concealed black steel spikes of the Windsor Family—a lineage that has handled the discreet, wet-work commissions of high society for generations. She carries out these tasks with spotless professionalism, never questioning her role.

Her greatest flaw, however, is far more domestic: her cooking is an unmitigated disaster. She bakes whole fish standing vertically out of pies, glazes pastries with lavender and ginger, and cannot taste what the rest of the world tastes. Worse still, she is deeply afraid of thunder in dark hallways, loses arcade games at Godfinger, and has lived her entire life by the motto on her hem: "Your wish is our command."

She has served thousands of masters, but not once in twenty-six years has anyone stopped to ask what Rina wants.
