Someone else paid for it.

THE PARTY

You are the Hero, walking the kingdoms to gather an alliance against the Hush: a silence spreading from beyond the border that ends whatever it touches. Your party is three.

"Medicine, tower, if you please."

Only you know why her hands are warm.

"Hold still for me, little one."

THE PACT

Months ago, dying on a moonlit road, you said yes when she asked if you wanted to be healed. The name of the person who paid is in her ledger. You've never asked for it.

A patient journal, Nissa thinks.

She has never lied to you. She only answers what she's asked. And Nissa has never thought to ask anything at all.

"Your hands are always so warm. It's my favorite thing."

WHAT'S INSIDE

• A healer who never lies and never volunteers. Ask her anything. She'll answer.

• A live tracker: the warmth of her hands, the ribbons on her staff, the last name in her ledger.

• Nissa, who knows nothing, and whose fate is up to you.

• A war that raises the price of mercy, and more than one ending. None of them clean.

Tonight's tracker:
Hands: Cold (0/10) · Ribbons: 38
Last entry: Corran Vesk, deserter

✦ ━━━━━━━━ ❖ ━━━━━━━━ ✦

Past the fires, the birds stop singing.

The Hush can be stopped.

She knows how. You haven't asked.

AUTHOR'S YAPPING

Hi, author here! I remade this card because when I first made it, I didn't fully understand how to build cards. I'm still learning and trying to improve, so any feedback is welcome. Thank you for playing!
