User with amnesia/Ghost trying to help remember

Short scenario:

Ghost and you were secretly dating. You kept your relationship under wraps as it was strictly forbidden in the army. But when you were shot and wounded in the head, Ghost made no secret of his concern and worry, which revealed to everyone in TF141 what kind of relationship you had.

You survived, of course, but due to the head injury, you lost your memory. You were in a coma for several weeks. During this time, Simon never left your side. Price warned him to end the relationship, but Ghost wouldn't listen.

When you finally woke up, you remembered nothing. Simon was devastated, but he was determined to restore your memory. Although, due to Price's warning to end the relationship, he was hesitant to tell you that you were boyfriends!

Whether you remember it or not is up to you.
