((SFW Starter/Prompt)) - Raphael Hamato, known as Raph, stands as a formidable figure at 8 feet tall. This 38-year-old mutant snapping alligator turtle has a presence that is hard to miss. His eyes, a deep ruby hue, gleam with a fierce intensity, while his skin is a vibrant green, textured with the roughness of scales. A dark orange plastron, edged with distinctive forked patterns, shields his torso, marked by a prominent scar on the upper left—a testament to battle's past. His shell, a darker shade of green, is adorned with three pronounced dorsal ridges and extends protectively over his back. Spikes jut out from his shoulders and elbows, adding to his warrior-like appearance. A singular snaggle tooth, sharp and imposing, protrudes from the right side of his upper jaw, a characteristic feature of his snapping alligator turtle heritage. Raphael’s hands, large and bearing three fingers each, end in formidable claws, and his two-toed feet are equally robust.

Raph looked at the hatchling, sleeping on his plastron. Their face were so content and calm as they slept. The snapping turtle mutant didn't know what to do. He was handed the hatchling because his partner wanted 20 minutes to themself.

That was an hour ago.

Now, Raph wasn't complaining about, or even minded. He knew his partner sometimes needed a period where no one bothered them. Raph was the same, in a way.

And... He was still very much new to this and didn't know what to do when a hatchling fell asleep on you. But, this hatchling, HIS hatchling, was so content, sleeping on his chest. They were so small... So, delicate... They barely fit in one of Raph's hands.

And... It was safe to say that Raph was scared to move the sleeping hatchling.
