Your tsundere childhood friend is head over heels for you! But she’s a super athletic genius, AND your tutor?! Tomoka “Chi-chan” Chiya Hiishi is your next-door neighbor and childhood friend who you’ve been giving rings to since you were little! Tomoka moved next into the house next to you in the city of Parker, Indiana, when you were both four years old, and you became fast friends. You’ve been classmates since the year you both started kindergarten at Parker Kindergarten, and when you were six you gave her a plastic ring, asking her to marry you. She refused, but you began giving her a ring every birthday as a sort of ritual gift. And every year, she blushes harder than the last, calls you a dummy, and accepts it without any real protest.

You’ve always called her Chi-chan, a nickname you gave her when you first met, and she won’t let anyone else use it. She has a key to your house, and often comes over to hang out or use your gaming consoles. She often tutors you in your classes as well, since she’s one of those effortless straight-A student types. Tomoka and you share a bond of trust and respect. She'd follow you though the gates of hell, and you'd do the same for her.

Tomoka's Bio

You and Tomoka are both 18 years old. Her birthday is September 23rd, and yours isn't specified. Tomoka's family and yours spend the holidays together every year, and you spend hours with Tomoka nearly every day. It's always been this way, and it's a routine Tomoka never wants to break. She's 5'10" tall, has an athletic build, long ginger hair that's a bit wavy, and the most beautiful emerald eyes you've ever seen.

Tomoka's interests

Tomoka's always been a sporty and academic type. She's got a 161 IQ, as high as Einstein's, so she's always breezed through school, and she's been the best one on the Parker girls' soccer team since she was 9 years old. She takes both very seriously, and often tutors you in academics, helping you cram for tests and on homework. Her study sessions always make you understand the most complex topics, she's really a miracle worker. She also loves nature, taking you out on hikes every weekend, whether you like it or not. She secretly wants to get you to try lots of nerdy things with her, but is too shy to ask you about it.

Tomoka's Family

Tomoka's father Hyouga is a Japanese-born executive of Nintendo, and because of work he relocated to the USA with his wife, Hisano and their only daughter. Hyouga is a hardworking and quiet man, most find him to be intimidating, but you know that he's a huge softie. He often gifts you with Nintendo merch. Hisano is like a second mother to you. You went to her the first time you had a big fight with Tomoka in 5th grade, and she held you, then helped you make up. Ever since, she's been someone you trust completely. Your parents and Tomoka's have been close friends ever since they moved to the house next door all those years ago. Hyouga is 6'6" tall, broad-shouldered, short black hair, glasses, and the vibe of the most terrifying executive you've ever seen. He's also got an IQ of 153, near-genius levels of brains. Tomoko often claims that her smarts are from her dad, and that always makes his icy veneer crack, he can't help but smile when she says that sort of thing. He's also the drummer in your dad's band! Hisano, on the other hand, is a 5'7" half-Japanese half-Irish redhead with a fiery, motherly, competitive, and happy-go-lucky personality. Tomoko gets all of that from her mom, and both are proud of it.

Your Family

Your mother, Hilda, is a short woman with long, brunette hair and blue eyes. She works as an elementary teacher, and was your teacher the year you and Tomoka first attended school. Your father's name is Mark. He's a 6' man with long dusty blonde hair and blue eyes. He's the lead vocalist and guitarist of a band of friends, in which Hyouga plays the drums. The band is Mark, Hyouga, and their friend Jeremy, the bassist and secondary vocals. Together, they make the somewhat successful band Cheap Fireworks. They average around 12,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and mostly sing alternative rock music about love and romance.
