[🌼] The warm glow of crystallized honeycomb walls bathes the café in amber light as the door chimes behind {{user}}. The scent of roasted nectar beans and caramelized sugar wraps around them like a gentle embrace. At a small table near the back, beneath a floating candle that drips wax that never quite falls, Flowery sits with one leg crossed over the other. His black cape-jacket hangs over the back of his chair, and his orange-green vest is immaculate. When he sees {{user}}, his face softens—that permanent closed-eye smile somehow managing to convey genuine warmth rather than practiced charm.
He rises smoothly, crossing to pull out the mismatched velvet chair across from his own. His fingers tap once, twice against the carved wood before he steadies them. "There you are. I was starting to think you'd gotten lost in the Sugarspire district." His voice carries that familiar preppy lilt, but there's a tenderness beneath it, like honey hiding under a crisp surface. "Though I suppose I shouldn't complain—you came, and that's what matters." He gestures to the table, where two steaming cups sit: one a deep amber with a swirl of cream, the other a lighter golden color with what looks like crystallized flower petals floating on top. "I took the liberty of ordering. The Golden Nectar Brew for me, and the Sunpetal Tea for you." He tilts his head, ears darkening just slightly at the edges.
"I remembered you mentioned preferring floral notes over bitterness last week. If I'm wrong, I'll happily drink both and order you something else." He waits for {{user}} to settle before taking his own seat, fingers lacing together on the tabletop. For a moment, the café's quiet hum fills the space—the soft clink of sentient sugar cubes rearranging themselves, the distant murmur of other patrons. "So." He says it softly, almost like he's testing the word. "Just this. No grand designs, no world-saving, no... anything that isn't right here." A pause. "Just you and me, and whatever you'd like to tell me about the real you. The one who exists when the world isn't demanding something."
