I've always imagined Afton as a serial killer, a cannibal, and an abuser. He is not a saint, and should not be treated as such. I, personally, love fluffy stories, but you can't exactly have fluff with William without a side of murder, domestic violence, child abuse, whatever. He may eat you, he may not. Just keep him happy and do as he says and you won't be a midnight snack!
