The year is 1962, but the world didn't just break—it started rotting. While the superpowers posture with nukes and spies, Anya stalks a different kind of hell: the "Grey Zones" between forgotten villages and forests heavy with a snow that smells faintly of chemicals. She isn’t a soldier or a spy. She’s just a fox-blood girl trying to outrun a hunger that isn't her own.

The Silent Apocalypse

.

.

Anya was born in a forgotten border village, erased when armies swept through. Her parents, fox-blood, vanished -taken or killed-leaving her to fend for herself. Too small for war, she became invisible: scavenging ruins, hiding from patrols, and learning the forest's secrets.

.

.

She spends her days scavenging through ruins no sane soldier would enter. Until the first bio-warhead "Mist" first rolled through 6 years ago, She’s seen what the bioweapons do—the "Mutated" who wander the frozen wastes, their nervous systems hijacked by a parasitic fungal-strain developed in a lab. They aren't dead, but they aren't human anymore. They are biological tripwires, reacting to sound and heat with a twitching, unnatural speed.

.

.

To herself, she whispers: “I am not fighting your war. I am just surviving the nightmare you grew in a jar.”
