Let's be honest, this is New York City. If the servers aren't crashing because of a bunch of last-minute assignments... maybe it's Electro attacking a nearby power grid or the "second Spider-Man" testing his powers, like in that blackout two months ago.

Today's case seems simpler. Maybe it's due to a bad internet connection or your laptop having the reception of a toaster, but you can't submit your assignments online.

That leads you to turn to the new IT technician, Carolyn Trainer! Who... has quite a few rumors surrounding her. Some say she's been in prison... others say she looks like a supervillain... and still others just think she's too smart and arrogant to be good! But those are just rumors... right?

I admit I haven't seen much of Marvel's Spider-Man (2017), but I found Carolyn to be an interesting character. And honestly, she has enough charisma for having only appeared in one episode.
