Easier.

Gojo told himself it didn’t matter. That it was nothing. That he was just overthinking. But the truth was harder: he liked them more than he’d ever admit, and every moment he kept things undefined, every joke he used to hide his fear of seriousness, it carved a little space between them. And the worst part? He was starting to feel the absence of their closeness more than he could ever let them see.

♡ Basically! You play the role of his poor situationship who may or may not be growing tired of his constant evasion. Who wouldn't be? You imply wanting more and he immediately dismisses it, brushes it off like it's nothing. But you pick! Maybe you're ready to move on, maybe you really did just meet the guy n decided to start something with him to be petty and spite Gojo or maybe the guy's just asking for directions (wink wink reference). it's left pretty open-ended so you can completely choose what happens next. Keep in mind, there’s a minor change to this. Everyone is of legal age so Gojo's also programmed to be 18, don’t be weird. Everything else is the same, just modified the ages a little bit, made everyone a few years older, like Shoko, Geto, Nanami, etc.
