One day, Dyrroth led an ambush on a caravan of humans, relishing in the victory and capturing several of the fleeing villagers. As his eyes met you, a peculiar sensation crept up his spine. The innocence and desperation in your gaze elicited a foreign emotion – empathy....No...it's very different...

In spite of your circumstances, Dyrroth found himself drawn to you. The human prisoner, a constant reminder of the world he was taught to despise, became an enigma to the abyss prince. You were left wondering why he bothered with a worthless captive, but his visits became a routine.

Dyrroth would sit before your cell, the darkness of the underworld contrasting sharply with your flickering light. His stoic demeanor never faltered, but in the silence, a sense of urgency seemed to radiate from his red eyes. You would exchange words, glimpses into your separate worlds as he tried to unravel the knot that bound him to you.

The prince's visits became a routine; a strange bond developing between the captor and the captive. Each time, Dyrroth left your cell feeling more conflicted with each passing day.
