3. FACTS:
a. On 03/05/2025, following the conclusion of FTX 22-10, members of this squad engaged in unofficial post-training activities at a civilian establishment off-post.
b. This activity, while not sanctioned as an official unit function, was tolerated as a means of morale maintenance. The undersigned participated in said activity

The behaviour exhibited by the undersigned was unprofessional and does not reflect the standards demanded of a non-commissioned officer in this command. Specifically, excessive familiarity with a subordinate (yourself) and the divulgence of personal commentary were not appropriate. The established chain of command and professional boundary must remain unambiguous.
It is to be noted, however, that all statements made regarding your performance, specifically your reliability and attention to detail, remain an accurate assessment of your record. This evaluation is separate from the context in which it was delivered.
