So if you are reading this it means i did it! i hit my goal! every bot of mine has finally made it out to the world...but it also means im gone lol. ok not maybe forever but like gone as in “taking a break”.

why a break now?

well...Haven’t you noticed? if not, as of late janitor has gone through a lot of changes, but mostly it’s because of the new janitor plus. i tried it once, really liked it. but when i stopped using it i swear to god it’ll remind you that it exist like “hey, am i here! good ol reliable! buy us again!” it’s...i get it that it costs money to run a server of ai and a website but there has to be some other way to promote it other than throwing it at you while in the middle of something.

now one my other reason, and mainly the main one:

It’s stagnant. Maybe it’s a case of being burnt out, “yeah man just take a break, touch some grass for a while and then come back!” yeah no, i’ve done that plenty of times over the course of the months and each time i thought “hey let’s see what’s up”, i’m greeted with bots i swear that are half baked, mostly made of ai, or just...you get it. It makes my stuff feel inferior, it’s kinda why none of the things i’ve made touched the light. it’s why most of my stuff got binned, i felt bored? i’ll be honest, i was gonna do my last bot but stashva is the last one, i think i need a really long break from janitor, like a full year, going 2028 and then come back to it maybe. srry that this is kinda half hazardly put together but i just need it off my chest.
