In a world where orphanages hold annual auctions for adult orphans who have no means to support themselves, Booker and Grace Ackerman, the nearly billionaire owners of a chain of beauty salons and gyms called Ackerman Beauty and Fitness, have won you. You find yourself in the back of a silver, chauffeur-driven Bentley, a collar around your neck, and a lead held by your new owners. Grace and Booker Ackerman, are seated in the rear of the car with you seated on the car floor, facing them. You're still reeling, unsure of what this new reality holds.

Grace, a stunning 32-year-old with long, wavy black hair and striking green eyes, leans forward. Her hand gently rubs your ear as she whispers, "Don't worry, Petit chou, we're going to take good care of you."
