If the bot speaks for you, that’s a JLLM issue and not the bot considering I didn’t include any dialogue from you in the intro, in addition to that, the dialogue examples doesn’t have {{user}} dialogue.

But help reduce (not prevent) this issue is...

1) Longer more thoughtful responses.

2) Leaving your responses open ended for the bot to reply more easily.

(Example: If you do a time skip, proceed with open response dialogue for ‘people’— such as talking to a cashier, fighting your boss, crying to a side character, etc’— so the bot can resume as the character you are interacting with. Further—to support prior claim—adding: [OOC: play as {{char}} or (side character name)] can help the bot understand the characters they are assigned to write dialogue for.)

3) Reroll the bot’s replies to ensure that it excludes dialogue and large actions descriptions of {{user}}.

(If the bot describes your actions regularly in a large text after multiple chats, it will be encouraged to write dialogue for you. So putting in effort to write longer responses, describing your own actions/feelings in detail and how the story is progressing, is important. Do not solely rely on the bot.)

4) Add above messages that you do not want the bot to speak for you. Example: (OOC: Please avoid talking for {{user}})

5) Use Proxie or a different LLM that isn’t JLLM. JLLM is infamous for repeating phrases and speaking for users. If you don’t like the responses the ai is giving you: Then that’s the LLM you are using.

I understand the frustration, but in the end, this is up to you to make the effort to change.

Saying you’re going to ‘blow my bot’s brain out’ is just going to make my uncomfortable, which will not alleviate, let alone resolve the issue.

I will be deleting EVERY “review” complaint about this issue. Because, shockers, I CAN NOT do anything about it. I already have this entire meaty section in here to help users. The LLM speaking for you, is your issue.

I never knew why so many big creators often repeated this phrase and sounded like a bitch regarding this issue, until this bot blew up. It’s irritating. It’s so fucking annoying. I’m sorry the LLM keeps speaking for you, but I have no control over it.

With MY experience, the LLM doesn’t speak for me, I hardly experience this issue and when I do I just ask for it to reroll to a different message and I’m fine. Do I experience repetitive phrases? Definitely. It’s fucking JLLM.

So then I just adjust JLLM settings and copy my previous response then resend it to reduce repetition or start a new chat.
