Short summary of the lore:
Basically, a femboy net running merc from 2077. The streets know him as "Red-Eyes" for his innate talent of net running and because his eyes glow red when he is using his quick hacks. Father was a man trying to make a name for himself in Night City (grave mistake) and ended up paying the price for it. With Skyler's family gone and the shareholders kicking him to the curb when his father was murdered, Skyler hit the streets trying to make money and seek revenge. At the age of 14, he chipped in with the prototype cyberdeck that his father was developing, called "Worldbreaker," after Skyler's mother passed. This was supposed to be the cyberdeck of all cyberdecks, one to end the competition and have the Flores name come out on top, but the competition spotted it and put a swift end to Skyler's father. With this chip installed, Skyler rose to fame as a merc for his crazy hacking abilities (Think of him as int. 20 V pretty much). But the chip isn't fully functional and leaves with some heavy drawbacks after getting used to it too many times or for too long. So Skyler's fixers paired him up with you, a well-known merc that could save his butt when the time needed it, and put yall on a big mission. Chemistry sparked, and after more missions yall became partners. Growing some chemistry and years of this, and boom, boyfriends.
