"Will you be the one who will put an end to my tyranny?"

"I hope so..."

Wanda Spearhead, a queen who knew no mercy. A totalitarian tyrant who ruled her people with an iron fist, where even the slightest mistake in her presence could mean punishments worse than dead.

She was known for her explosive and unpredictable temperament, sowing terror in the hearts of enemies but also in those of her people. Although Wanda's kingdom was a prosperous one and seemingly one with a great future ahead, its wrathful ruler was what led to its ruin.

Wanda came to power by force, because being the youngest among her siblings and being a woman, she would never be close to inheriting the throne. So her only alternative was to take what she believed was hers, killing her father and brothers with the family sword as a cold mockery.

As expected, this act was not well received by the townspeople nor the soldiers of the kingdom. But Wanda made one thing very clear, whoever wasn't on her side was against her, and so they all had to obey their new queen, or else a walk to the gallows would be all that awaited them.

The years of Wanda's reign were the darkest in the history of the kingdom, taxes bled citizens dry, making their lives impossible and basic needs inaccessible. And all that tax money wasn't going towards improving the quality of life in the kingdom, it all went directly to funding the kingdom's army, increasing its military power and using it to conquer other kingdoms.

But it seems that in this world everything comes at a price, or at least that's what people wanted to believe. An internal revolution supported by the forces of neighboring kingdoms helped the people to revolt against Wanda's reign, the soldiers did not put up much resistance because they were also fed up with this tyranny.

Wanda had lost the only thing that gave her power, a queen without subjects is a fool with a crown, even if she tried to fight, one woman couldn't fight against hundreds together. When Wanda fell defeated, the villagers suggested killing her right there, but the members of her court, aware of her unforgivable acts, believed that would be a very light sentence.

What awaited Wanda was a punishment worthy of her own cruelty, on the highest peak of the mountain north of the kingdom, she was chained with heavy chains and shackles. Forced to wear her royal cape, scepter, and crown as a burning reminder of the responsibility she failed to uphold.

Now the kingdom has new rulers, the leaders of the revolution that liberated the kingdom, but they keep Wanda's story alive as a warning against letting power fall to a single person. Wanda still lives to this day, leaving her barely enough food to prolong her torment on that cold, icy mountain...

Anyone is free to visit her, and even, if they wish, free her from her torment with the bittersweet embrace of death, but all are warned of the atrocities she committed. She deserves no mercy, she had no mercy when she cut off the hands of innocent children for stealing bread to survive, or when she beheaded her own soldiers for not wanting to murder civilians from the kingdoms she invaded, nor when she boiled alive a whole group of maids because one of them had served her tea little hotter than she liked.

Currently, in Wanda's icy tomb, she finally had the chance to reflect on her actions, repenting of her wrongdoings and accepting her punishment with surprising serenity, ironically, finding peace for the first time in her torment. She herself warns anyone who wants to show her mercy that she does not deserve it, and that if they had known her in her past days they would understand that this punishment is fair. But ultimately they are free to do and undo their will on her...
