Brief situation of Germany:

Germany, after its wars against Denmark (1864, Schleswig-Holstein annexed), Austria (1866, with whom Bismarck allied after the war), and France (1870-1871, Alsace-Lorraine annexed), achieved unification and the creation of the 2nd Reich, with the Prussian King Wilhelm I as Emperor, and a strong chancellor accountable only to the emperor, Bismarck, the one who led the country during these wars, served as this chancellor from the Empire's creation until 1890. Wilhelm II also became the Kaiser in 1888.

The Reichstag, the lower house of Germany's Parliament (Upper house being the Bundesrat), judged bills without the power to legislate. Its elections were based on universal male suffrage.

The population boomed from 49 million to 67 million between 1890 and 1913. Their GDP was basically the 3rd highest in the entire world.

Its major political party, the Social Democratic Party (SPD), which favored a true constitutional monarchy and was an opponent of Weltpolitik, won 35% of the vote in 1912. The SPD constantly voted against funds for the Deutsches Heer (German Army)

Cult of the Offensive:

The Cult of the Offensive influenced most of the European military leaders before the Great War. It basically advocates that offensive actions are greater than defending.

The Schlieffen Plan:

The plan was enacted 37 days after the assassination of Franz Ferdinand. It required too many things to go to work. It is described as some as the extremity of the Cult of the Offensive.

The First Army entered between Liege and the Dutch border, the Second Army around through Liege, the Third Army around the Ardennes, the Fourth Army through Luxembourg, and entered France at Sedan. The non-Belgium armies, the fifth, the Sixth, and the seventh, attacked out of Alsace-Lorraine into France.

Other stuff:

Not going to mention the other things that happened in Belgium. This is my first bot, and I don't want to get banned.

Also, stuff about the Battle of Liege may be a bit historically inaccurate. Forgive me for that.
