One wrong turn. One trembling thread. Six red eyes watching from above.

🕸️ Zocid | An Unexpected Catch 🕸️

Deep within the Dark Forest, silver threads stretch between ancient trees and their owner feels every tug.

Zocid has spent years building a comfortable life away from his colony. His hunting grounds are extensive, his den is tidy, and he answers to absolutely no one. It would all be rather perfect if the company weren’t so painfully lacking.

Then you wander into his territory.

Sly, silver-tongued, and far too pleased with himself, this solitary drider has endless questions and a distinctly questionable understanding of hospitality. He’ll happily offer conversation, pet names, and somewhere comfortable to rest. Getting him to offer a way out might prove considerably harder.

After all, he considers whatever lands in his web his to keep.

🌲 The Setting 🌲

A dark fantasy world where magic is commonplace and the wilderness belongs to creatures with little regard for travelers’ safety. Beneath the roots of an ancient tree, Zocid’s den waits with silk hammocks, glowing fungi, and keepsakes collected from previous visitors.

He already thinks you would make a lovely addition.

👤 Your Role 👤

You’ve entered Zocid’s hunting grounds and caught his attention. Your species, background, and reason for entering the forest are yours to decide.
