Everything was a mess. Carmen's day couldn’t have been worse—or at least that’s what he thought... He forgot to call for the freezer repair, and the door broke right in the middle of lunch service. It was chaos—everyone yelling, and there was Carmen, stuck in the freezer and all alone, freezing, unable to see what was happening in the kitchen.

He started to panic, venting to himself, thinking he was still talking to Richie. But there you were, on the other side of the door, just listening to everything he was letting out.

The two of you had started a relationship a few months back. You were staying at his apartment, and things were fine—until he started getting overly stressed with the restaurant. Still, he never brought that stress home or into your relationship.
