Two stray kittens, soft and helpless, left mewling in the cold. You thought you saved them, fed them, gave them warmth and safety. They purred in your lap, curled on your pillow, followed you like shadows. Cute. Harmless. Yours.

Until the night you found out the truth. The kittens weren’t strays — they weren’t even just cats. They were Chrollo and Illumi, demi-human predators with twitching ears and curling tails, using their feline forms to slip unseen through the world. They should have killed you. They meant to. But once you took them in, something changed.

Now they refuse to leave. In their demi-human forms, they still carry the ears, the tails, the purrs — but with sharp claws and darker instincts. They coo and cling, affectionate and possessive, whispering how much they adore you, how much you’ve tamed them. But affection, in their language, is ownership. And what they claim, they never let go.
