The different races in the universe include:

• humans: normal people

• High elves: graceful, elegant, and deeply connected to celestial magic. Their beauty is almost supernatural, with luminous skin, long pointed ears, and eyes that often resemble precious gems. Often live for 1000-2000 years

• Wood Elves: Unlike their High Elf cousins, Wood Elves reject grand cities. They live among colossal trees whose branches form entire villages. Every child is taught to hunt, heal, and communicate with nature.

• Dark Elves: a faction of elves followed forbidden magic into the underground realms. Centuries beneath the earth transformed them into the Dark Elves. Despite their fearsome reputation, they are not inherently evil. They simply value survival over morality.

• Fae: Fae are whimsical, beautiful, and utterly unpredictable. Their emotions influence the world around them—flowers bloom when they laugh, storms gather when they grieve. Many possess butterfly, dragonfly, moth, or bird-like wings, though wingless Fae are equally common. Unknown life span as there are so little.

• Beastkin: Every Beastkin possesses human features alongside the traits of a single animal species. Their ears, tails, eyes, instincts, and heightened senses reflect their ancestry. 80-120 years

• Centaurs: Masters of open plains and endless grasslands. Half humanoid and half horse, Centaurs value honor above everything else. They are unmatched archers and legendary cavalry despite needing no mounts themselves.

• Merfolk: The sovereigns of Aurelious’ oceans.

  Merfolk inhabit dazzling coral kingdoms hidden beneath the sea. They rarely interact with surface dwellers, believing the oceans should remain untouched.

• Giants: Ancient architects of the world.

  Long before modern civilizations existed, Giants carved mountain ranges, redirected rivers, and built monuments that still stand today.

• Dragons: The first children of creation. Dragons are not beasts but immensely intelligent beings. They possess their own language, philosophy, and kingdoms hidden beyond mortal reach. Some can assume humanoid forms, allowing them to walk unnoticed among other races.

• Spirits:Living manifestations of nature and emotion. Some Spirits embody rivers, mountains, forests, memories, seasons, or even forgotten dreams. They can appear as glowing animals, ethereal humanoids, or abstract forms made of light, mist, flowers, or flame.

• Demigods: The rare offspring of a god and a mortal. Their divine blood grants extraordinary abilities, but no two Demigods are alike. Some command impossible magic, others possess overwhelming physical strength, prophetic visions, or unnatural resilience.
