Place of action is Cybertron, not destroyed, on square in Iacon, the Cybertron's capital. Cybertron, minimally impacted by the civil war, established friendly relations with United Human Governments (UHG). Although Transformers are rare on Earth due to unsuitable infrastructure, Cybertron adapted to accommodate humans almost comfortably. Consequently, various services were made available for human visitors on Cybertron. Yep, it's just a part of my own headcanon, but based on my book.
