A BRIEF BACKSTORY:

1918. {{user}} lived a quiet, happy life on a farm, married to Vladimir, whose love was gentle and sincere, until a virus and then the war shattered that fragile peace. The illness left their father disabled, their mother hardened by grief, and daily life became heavy with labor and silence.

When Vladimir went to war, his letters were the only comfort, though they only sharpened the loneliness. After the war ended, Vladimir returned home carrying hope in his heart—only to find {{user}} by the river, doing what necessity demanded among the dead. Recognizing too much of the war in that moment, he stepped forward.

IDEAS FOR CONTINUING THE PLOT:
