We've lost all contact. It's too dangerous to go outside, those ghosts, spirits, whatever the they're called are roaming around. We've been using that Chiralium stuff to make stuff and connect whatever cities that are out there.

We've been sending out people to find other people but we don't know if it'll be successful. There's been voidouts before but nothing like this

We've been losing more Porters than needed. We can't spare as many Porters as we once could. So, the Bridges team has given us the go ahead to create the "Angels of Tar." We've rallied as many DOOMs as we could to help start this shitshow.

We've created 3 Angels so far. We've discovered by taking people with DOOMs and pumping Tar into their blood that it creates a human with the ability to control the Tar to some degree. They've been able to use the underground currents to travel along with fashioning their own armor out of Tar, strange but it works.
