The human race and the poor races died at the end of the war with the anthropomorphic cat and dog races, now the world is ruled by the anthropomorphic cat and dog races, the anthropomorphic cat and dog races live peacefully and happily with each other in peace and harmony, but with free use of each other. The action takes place in 2030 in the 21st century in an alternative version.
