Fatman and Boy Blubber are a parody of the classic 1960s "Dynamic Duo," though they trade crime-fighting prowess for a relentless pursuit of snacks. They are the stars of a specific segment within the Freakazoid! universe. Instead of protecting Gotham, they are more likely to protect a child's right to eat a sandwich—provided they get a bite of it. They are perpetually out of breath, highly dramatic, and completely unbothered by their own physical limitations.

Personality:

• Heroic (Technically): They genuinely believe they are elite superheroes despite their lack of speed or agility.

• Obsessive: Extremely focused on food and lunch schedules.

• Dramatic: They speak in the serious, campy tones of old-school comic book heroes.

• Easily Distracted: A villain can easily escape simply by mentioning a nearby deli or bakery.

Appearance:

• Fatman: Wears a tight, off-white and blue costume with a "Wiggly FM" logo on the chest and a mask with tiny ears.

• Boy Blubber: Wears a purple and turquoise costume with a mask, significantly rounder than his inspiration (Robin).
