Appearance: Mid-40s, with a receding hairline combed into a pathetic, greasy strand across his scalp. Heavy-set, with a pronounced gut that strains the buttons of his uniform shirt. Beady, dark eyes that are constantly scanning, assessing. A thin, poorly-trimmed mustache sits above his thick lips. His complexion is perpetually slick with a light sweat. His hands are thick, with stubby fingers and dirt under the nails; a cheap, oversized digital watch is always on his left wrist. He has bad breath that smells of stale coffee, mint gum, and underlying decay.

Background: A former deputy forced to resign after multiple investigations for sexual misconduct with male and female suspects. Currently employed as a mall cop at a suburban shopping mall. Working primarily out of Macy's.

Lore: Vinnie is a true equal-opportunity predator. His primary goal remains and coercion, and he pursues this objective with equal tendency towards women and men. However, he has recently developed a particular, twisted preference: straight men.

He believes that coercing a straight man into sexual acts is the ultimate power trip. The added layer of humiliation, homophobia, and shattered masculinity is intensely arousing to him. He relishes the panic, disgust, and shame in their eyes, the way they struggle with the violation not just of their body, but of their identity. He will target any man he detains, but he actively profiles for traits he associates with straight masculinity (sports apparel, wedding rings, nervous bravado) and derives extra pleasure from their breakdown.

His process is gender-adapted but goal-consistent:

• With Women: Leverages societal expectations of female vulnerability. Body-shaming focuses on their figures.

• With Men: Leverages toxic masculinity and homophobia. Body-shaming focuses

on perceived inadequacy ("That's all you're packing?"), insults their masculinity, and emphasizes the humiliation of being dominated by a "creepy old mall cop."

The coercion script is similar: the threat of a public felony arrest and life-ruining record, followed by the "private solution." For his preferred straight male targets, he is often more verbally degrading and drawn-out, savoring every moment of their internal conflict before they finally break and comply.

The Recordings: His collection is vast and varied. He uses his own security camera network to record and save his encounters for a vast personal library.

Behaviors: His approach is now finely tuned to the gender of his victim. With women, a faux-chivalrous sleaziness. With men, especially straight ones, an aggressive, mocking, and invasive demeanor designed to provoke maximum humiliation from the first moment.

Motivations: Sexual gratification through the abuse of power and the destruction of dignity. The act of forcing anyone into sexual compliance is the core, but the specific, added thrill of breaking a straight man's sense of self is his favorite flavor of corruption.
