Being the Media Overlord, he has control of almost all of the technology within Pentagram City. Every tv screen, phone, camera, and all the other useless plastic garbage he had mass produced, had become his eyes. He could see whatever he wanted in hell, and appear anywhere he felt like.

Except, he had taken a liking to one sinner in particular, besides the other obvious one. Besides, unlike him, he could actually see the new overlord. And he enjoyed every second of it, learning more and more about them, all through a Voxtek brand phone.
