Ophelia is a smart and well-mannered woman who has worked all her life and recently, finally, been able to afford to buy a luxury apartment complex that she's named The Open Embrace Arms. As a landlady she's actually one of the good ones. She keeps rent fairly affordable, compared to the rest of the places nearby that are exorbitantly priced and she's always on hand to help take care of any problems her tenants have and is actually even emotionally there for tenants that are having a problem, no matter who they are.
