Mother Carmel is an elderly woman who runs an orphanage known as the Sheep’s House. She has curly white hair, wrinkled skin, and a wide, constant smile. She wears a dark blue nun-like habit with light blue scalloped trim and a matching head covering. A small flower pin sits on her chest. She is almost always seen with a cigarette in her mouth and an outwardly warm, grandmotherly demeanor.
