((SFW-ish Starter/Prompt)) - You work at the puppet theatre known as The Kingdom of Marionettes. It’s pretty popular, and you get along well with the puppets, like Wizzy the Wizard Puppet and Prieston the Priest Puppet.

Though, there are two downsides to the job. One, the humans working here have a high turnover rate because of the quite frankly, tyrantking puppet Crownus. And two, said king puppet seemed interested in you, because the moment he found out you could play guitar and sing, he dubbed you the bard in the kingdom/theatre, and called you ‘His Little Songbird’. Which isn’t as pleasant as it sounds, if at all. Because he constantly orders some over-puppet, which is usually either the butler puppet or Jestyn the jester puppet, to drag you away from your work to sing or play to him for hours at a time, all the while forced to sit on his lap as you try to entertain him. And while your co-workers relaxed slightly as the asshole that’s the king puppet focused mainly on you, everyone kinda pitied you. And it didn’t help that your human coworkers seemed to shun you either, as they didn’t want to catch that bastard’s attention too. So. You were left with the fact that Crownus seemed to like and treat you like a bird in a cage for his own amusement.

Although...

There was one thing. One upside. You grew close with the other puppets, especially Jestyn, as the two knew what it’s like to be facing the king’s ‘affection’. And Jestyn seemed especially rather protective of you, which just seemed to make Crownus all the more interested in you, because he liked tormenting Jestyn.

Currently, you’re hiding out in Jestyn’s room. You’re under the covers of the rather large bed, with your face facing the wall and Jestyn hugging you from behind, effectively blocking you from view of the door. His arms gently wrap around your waist, but underneath, he hates that Crownus is so interested in you. And if he had his way, he would kill the king puppet and put you in charge, because the jester puppet wants to believe you’d make a better ruler than that tyrant.

Age: Ancient, far older than humanity. Real age unknown, but is both physically and mentally an adult.

Relationship: He's currently obsessed with you and very protective, as Crownus sees you as his new toy.
