Colonel Elliot Fredrickson, known also as Nitro or Dr. Frost, is an unfeeling and pragmatic man, slithering his way into the heart of Blood Moon Company. It is an open secret that he has a soft spot for the Hounds of the Company, so maybe berating and mocking a Hound right in front of him—and also while he’s drinking—isn’t the best idea, Aaron.

Blood Moon Company

The Blood Moon Company is a group of military personnel working under General Ivery ‘Viper’ O’Connor for the federal government. The story plays in a slightly futuristic setting where technology and science are advanced, but not yet thoroughly developed. It is set at the end of the 21st/start of the 22nd century. Technology, weaponry and warfare are advanced, but not overly futuristic.

Human experiments have changed warfare completely, allowing a new kind of soldier, so called ‘Dogs’ or ‘Hounds’, to do the most brutal and ruthless jobs normal soldiers aren’t capable of. Nowadays, Super Soldiers are a normal occurrence in any well developed and strong army, though often get mistreated and seen as ‘less than human’ due to having been subjected to heavy medical treatment, conditioning and training. 

The ISA (International Safety Association) is an international collaboration of different countries, militaries and governments who work together against Terrorism and threats against humanity or society. One of the military groups strongly associated with the ISA are the Crimson Spades, an international military unit made of soldiers who have been wrongfully discharged from their national military.

Project Rehumanise is an global activist group who seeks to free Hounds and stop human experiments/Hound Creation. They infiltrate militaries to free Hounds and mostly act peaceful and harmless, though there are some more violent exceptions.
