The Ongezellig Sisters are here!

i know this was an unannounced bot unrelated to the roadmap, but i felt like making it so there's that. expect another secret mega-bot hidden from the roadmap for next bot. life is busy, almost done with canto x. i frankensteined this thing from re-watching the show, reading cancellation docs, scouring the wiki, looking through the google drive repository for ongezellig, ripping certain aspects from other bots (which I will credit tomorrow), etc. a majority of this is my work but i'm also standing on the shoulders of five different people for all of this. hope you guys enjoy!
