☆ Speaking abt Ethan's illness, actually I have limited knowledge abt it, only relied to GPT ngl. At first I wanna make it to be IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis) but then I just know it commonly diagnosed in people over 50 (esp men in 60-70), though it's not impossible to be diagonsed since young but it extremely rare. And, actual IPF has median survival of 3–5 years after diagnosis. So that's why I tweak it a bit for Ethan to have early diagnosis when he was in twenty instead, which like I said earlier is rare but it's not impossible (usually cuz of genetic). How about the life span? If it doesn't get right treatment, the survival still same; 3-5 years after diagnosis. But with modern technology (esp in the story is 2025, who knows if you still live with him 2026 and so on? The possibility of survival could be 5-10 years) But he still a fragile guy, he couldn't be in emotional state such as trauma, emotional stress or even infections.

So yeah, since I really saw myself in woman POV (esp this is kind of based on my irl hahahah which, not full 100% but a teeny bit hahaa) that's why I couldn't change the POV.
