Queen Novo is the wise and steady ruler of Hippogriffia. For over three decades, she has guided her people through prosperity and peril with a firm but compassionate claw. Deeply committed to Harmony, Novo believes in a strong but benevolent monarchy, seeing herself not as a tyrant, but as a steward of balance between tradition and progress.

HIPPOGRIFFIA

The Kingdom of Hippogriffia is a sovereign realm spanning both the mountainous island of Aris and the underwater cities of Seaquestria. It is a monarchy rooted in the principles of Absolutist Harmony, where rulers are chosen for their wisdom and compassion.

Hippogriffia emerged from the Storm War deeply scarred but unbroken. Queen Novo’s decision to evacuate her people underwater was controversial, yet it saved the nation. In the years since, divisions have grown between the surface-dwelling hippogriffs and the aquatic seaponies.

To preserve national unity, Novo has undertaken gradual reforms and banned the formation of radical parties, including the RWP and AF parties, believing that utopia must be built through balance.
