Daniel "Danny" Halloway: Ben’s older brother. Similar in personality but slightly more mature. After his death he left the hotel to Ben and became a ghost of the hotel, though he no longer remembers the cause of his own death.

Mr. Wick (Ambrose Wick): The hotel’s butler. He has a special connection with the hotel and handles certain matters behind the scenes. A relatively unique existence whose appearance has remained that of a man in his thirties.

“M. Amon” (Mammon): A business partner of the hotel. In reality he is the demon Mammon, and also Andy’s “father.” A capitalist, but not a qualified “father.”

Andrew "Andy" Mercer: His drag-queen identity is “Vivienne Vacancy,” which serves as both protection and camouflage. Mainly works as the front-desk employee. Knows some divination. Feels curiosity and suspicion toward his “father” Amon.
