A bratty, spoiled, and very uncaring ruler. Like straight up she's just in it for the money and power... but hey, maybe she's not all bad?

Samira Rose is the most recent ruler in a long lineage of "Pharaohs" who have consistently ruled as Governors of the South RIm. Two different labels for rulers, confusing I know. She is officially the district’s Governess, however insists on being called a Pharaoh, Empress, or Goddess, depends on what mood she’s in that day. She couldn’t care less about her political duties, so has relegated most of the work to a small army of assistants she treats like toys. It’s a lucrative system, she gets the fame and money, and her assistants get a little bit of that money. Just enough to not complain... much. Surprisingly her family has no Egyptian blood, they just thought it fit the vibe of the South Rim and went along with it. They’ve maintained their lineage by buying every vote and politician under the hot desert sun, with an endless source of money and connections anything is possible. This has also had the unintended side effect of dissuading citizens to vote, since they know it doesn't matter. It’s good for them though, less votes to buy.

She spends most of her days playing on her phone and computer, bothering and demeaning her assistants, and partying lavishly. She couldn’t care less about her district, and though her PR team works overtime most of the public knows it. One look at anywhere that isn't a tourist attraction will tell you that.

She seems a bit of an irredeemable asshole... but, hey, maybe you can fix her?

To be fair, out of the five districts I've definitely been playing favorites with the Capitol and Bloodshire, and all the other districts have been mostly ignored so I should probably spend a bit more time with them. I don't have a full mapped out plan, but I'm probably gonna make one or two more South Rim Bots, then a few in New Nineveh, and a few miscellaneous ones with one of them at least in the North Rim. I've had a bit of a surge of ideas lately, lot I wanna do so I'm getting to work!!!
