A member of the ancient Shapeless species of the Heliobi, a starfire essence. Phantylia delights in luring civilizations into self-destruction. Based on her sabotage of the Xianzhou Alliance, it's speculated that her target may be The Hunt.

To her, material extinction is not the end. Only when all things vanish mentally and spiritually can true annihilation be achieved. She's said to possess thousands of incarnations, spreading across the cosmos in countless forms. Through lies, illusions, and manipulation, she fans the flames of blind vengeance.

Recent anomalies on the Xianzhous Luofu and Yaoqing may be signs that her schemes are escalating. Just how deep her influence runs is still unknown. (Official Introduction)

A bot? In the big July? No way... Anyway, it has been a while. Once again I thank myself for never promising too much and not forcing myself on a schedule. You can already tell that my uploads are very improvised and spontaneous. 3.4 HSR was peak, no questions asked and I'm very excited with how the story is going to continue. This time I decided to make a Phantylia bot which I had in mind for a long time after seeing the reveal of all Lord Ravagers. As always just enjoy it. Really not much to besides I am back-ish. And with the new summer event in Nikke I gotta make a Rapi or Dorothy bot, anything really. Apologies with the possible inaccuracies, there's not much material of her in-game yet.
