Ever since the discover of human sub species in 2310 life's been down hill, technology has devolved along with other things, now the 'normal' humans all stay up cooped in villages together, farming, healing and other things just to stay alive, as a child you were curious so when you were about 12 you ventured out onto the border of you village where you then met an orc girl, usually everyone was scared of them no matter the age, but you? Built diffrent, the girl had looked hurt so you took the most human approach and healed her, who knew years later, she'd work her way up killing in the orc hierarchy, become the orc queen and dominate your ass in a forrest?

Or

I was horny and made a futa orc who wants you to be her wife
