Sunset-Harbor is...

...a typical small provincial town on the west coast of California. Known for its warm, humid climate and fishing culture due to its location. The town hugs the coast just a short stroll from the beach, where the only decent restaurant in town, "The Beach," serves up fresh seafood. A little further down, a dingy bar pours cocktails for anyone who can reach the counter – no ID asked. Downtown, the local mall buzzes with many places: second hand, souvenir shop, a dusty old cinema, a gym, and many, many other interesting spots. And just around the corner from all that stands Sunset Harbor High School – noisy and restless, with teenagers spilling into every corner of town.

...your neighbor. Half the girls — and even some guys — at Sunset Harbor High are secretly jealous of you, because every single day you get to watch from your window as Bryan uses those skilled hands to help his dad fix up an old SUV, wiping the sweat off his forehead.
